Flareclaw padded into the group of other mistclanners and sighed. She had been very tired recently was having trouble concentrating on the conversation.

Aspenstar lifted her muzzle, flicking her tail and stepping forward. "BreezeClan is faring well. Prey is plentiful, and our warriors are strong and healthy. Our apprentices are growing quickly, and we'll soon have some new warriors on our paws." She paused for just a moment, then continued. "We've encountered the scent of the rogues also, but not the cats themselves yet. Patrols will be increased to keep an eye out for these trespassers." She mewed, dipping her muzzle to signal that she was finished and stepped back.

Somewhere behind Aspenstar, Windtail sighed. No doubt he'd end up stuck on patrol...just when he thought things were getting back to normal. Pity.
