The Rules and Guidelines of YOWL 7.
1. Rudeness, foul language, swearing etc will not be tolerated here. Some censored words will be changed to something more appropriate, otherwise the post containing the inappropriate language will be deleted.
Warnings will be given out to anyone who chooses to use inappropriate language.
2. The starting cat limit for all members is eight cats. All elders are not counted in your eight cat limit (as they are retired, and are not allowed to join in any battles), but every other rank is (kit, apprentice, warrior, medicine cat, deputy and leader). Each members ct-limit can be raised by entering contests run by an admin, and th new limit will be noted on the members profile so the admins can keep track of how many cats that member is allowed to have.
If you are over the cat limit, and do not lower your number of cats when asked, some of your cats will be randomly selected and given to StarClan to kill off, and you will receive a warning.
3. You may only have one cat in a High Position (a High Position is Leader, Deputy, Medicine Cat or Medicine Cat Apprentice). Anyone who breaks this rule, either on accident or otherwise, will have their cat demoted to their previous rank. Admins are excluded from this rule, however should a member who does not have a cat in a high position request that their cat be given one any admin who has more than one cat in a high position must demote one of their cats.
(example - say admin Yellowstar had a cat who was leader and a ct who was medicine cat. Member Fluffy who oes not have any cat in a high position requests that Yellowstar demotes the medicine cat as Fluffy would like o RP one of her cats as medicine cat. Admin Yellowtar MUST demote their cat or they will be demoted from the admin position by the Site Administrator, Pup.)
4. If you wish for one of your she-cats to have kits, you must post a thread in the 'kit creator'. It can be requested for one kit to take after either parent etc, but apart from that all kits will be generated by Admin in charge of the 'Kit Creator'.
All kits that have not been created through the kit creator (e.g. you randomly made Flowerblossom have six kits when she was only given three, OR you decided to make Flowerblossom have kits without posting in the kit creator first and created your kits yourself) will be killed off. A warning will then be given.
5. Before killing off one of your cats, you must give at least one weeks notice to any member of StarClan. They can request that you kill off your cat in a battle/fight etc they already have planned, and this will help make the game more realistic.
If you kill off a cat without giving notice, you will be given a warning.
6. Each member is allowed to roleplay cats in two different Clans. If you wish to change Clans you must contact StarClan first, and then either kill off your cats in the Clan you no longer want to RP or move them to the Clan you want to start RPing in. StarClan has the right to request that you wait to kill off or move your cats so that it fits in with a current prophecy, however you may start RPing any new cats in the Clan you will be moving to provided you have not gone over you cat limit.
Failure to keep your cats within two Clans (unless StarClan has asked you to delay moving or killing off cats) will result in a warning.
Notes on Warnings
Most warnings will be 25%, however if you were to post something that requires a greater penalty, then you may receive something higher.
Once 100% has been reached on the warning bar, you account will be suspended for two weeks.
For your second suspension, it will be doubled to four weeks, and for each following suspension the time period will be doubled again.
Warnings will decrease by 5% a week if no rules are broken.
